The Estates of Corner Ketch Maintenance Corporation manages the care and upkeep of shared community assets. These responsibilities include:
Landscaping and lawn care for common areas
Maintenance of entrance signage and lighting
Snow removal and salting of public streets
Upkeep of stormwater retention basins in compliance with county requirements
Review and coordination of exterior architectural changes in accordance with community standards
The Maintenance Corporation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the community at the annual meeting.
