What is Piit 28?
28 Minutes to your Fittest Self
Pilates Intense Interval Training is the most effective way to lose fat and gain confidence while having fun!
PILATES

INTERVAL
training is the secret to quick fat loss. You're going to get stronger, last longer, and become an unstoppable force!
INTENSE
cardio exercises are inetgrated between Pilates moves to keep your heart rate and metabolism fired up!
TRAINING
