DISCLAIMER & RESTRICTIONS:

• I as the Artist have the sole right to accept / deny requests.

• I as The Artist can select extra content like characters or detail complexity for additional fees. (Please refer to the pricing guide).

• I as The Artist have the sole right to post the commission if I choose to; unless the request was a gift, holiday-based, or private commission.

• You: The Client have the sole right to post the commission. (Note that if you do post it, please give credit to the Artist unless told otherwise!)

• Commission may be streamed on a streaming network on rare occasions unless told otherwise by you as The Client. (e.g. Private Commissions). As this will also help with sketching information and changes before invoices are sent and/or continuation to the final product.

Denied requests may be due to:

• Clients being not of legal adult age of consent: (18 U.S. / 19 Canada)

• Requests being too complex, or out of my comfort zone. (ex. Certain Fan-Arts, & Character Interactions.)

• Requests having unnatural or otherwise NSFW-related material. (ex. Pornography of any kind; the usage of bodily fluids; unlawful targeting of certain demographics such as race, age, sex, religion; or certain niches or fetishes.) Also Requests depicting characters at a target minor age that breaks ANY art gallery's policy statements.

• Clients refusing / delaying payment upfront.

• Clients refusing / delaying proper communication resulting in longer wait times.

• Past experiences with recurring or otherwise troubling clients.

• Recurring clients who take up too many slots resulting in fewer new potential clients.

• Clients that abuse or manipulate Paypal’s refunds and inner workings resulting in discrepancies in fees and overdrafts.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:

• Payment is done only through PayPal.

• Payments are made in the American (USD) Currency.

• Payment may be upfront or when a Work In Progress (WIP) Sketch is complete.

• Refusal or Delayed Payment will terminate the commission request.

• In the event I can not continue commission requests to completion. A partial refund may be issued if it's halfway complete, or fully if it hasn't been started.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A reference sheet is required for accuracy. (No NSFW-Made References!)

• Requests must be simple, to the point, and easy to follow. Extra steps may result in complexity fees!

• Ideas must be ones you own solely! If you require gift art for someone, please get their consent first before filling out a form. Fan Art of copyrighted-brand characters will not be accepted!

Subjects I WILL Draw:

• Character Concepts / Design / Interactions.

• Weight Gain / Big Round Characters.*

• Inflation / Pooltoy Characters.*

• Macro / Micro.*

• Transformation.*

*(Sequencing Pages will result in additional fees.)

Subjects I WON'T Draw:

• NSFW-Related Content.

• Vore of any kind.

• Extreme Gore or Violence.

• Diaper/Baby/ABDL Content.
