Biography
Jason Huang (Coach H) is a dedicated volleyball coach with a passion for developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game. With a strong background in coaching and player development, Coach H focuses on building well-rounded athletes by emphasizing skill mastery, teamwork, and mental toughness.
Coach Huang has experience coaching at various levels, from recreational programs to competitive middle school and club volleyball. His coaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment where athletes can thrive, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential.

Biography
Maddox Willit brings a strong foundation of competitive experience and elite training to the CORE Volleyball coaching staff. With 3 years of club-level experience at Bayou Volleyball Club, Maddox has trained under the guidance of a professional German club volleyball player as well as two-time Olympian Riley Salmon, gaining deep insight into both technical precision and high-level court IQ.
Off the court, Maddox works as a Mathnasium instructor and is pursuing a career in automation engineering at Southeastern University. His blend of athletic discipline and academic focus makes him a natural mentor for CORE athletes — especially those looking to grow both their skills and mindset.
Maddox believes in challenging players with intentional reps, real-time feedback, and consistent accountability. Whether helping a beginner find their rhythm or refining an advanced hitter’s timing, Maddox brings energy, patience, and purpose to every session.

Biography
Logan Aguilar brings over 5 years of competitive volleyball experience and a deep understanding of fundamentals to the CORE Volleyball coaching staff. A former AAU Nationals 3rd Place finisher (15s Boys Division), Logan has competed at a high level and trained with coaches who now work with professional programs — especially in the area of elite-level setting technique.
Logan’s passion for the game shows in his energy, attention to detail, and desire to help athletes build strong habits early in their development. He’s been recognized by multiple coaches for his talent and leadership, and now uses that experience to help CORE athletes sharpen their fundamentals and grow their confidence on the court.
Whether it’s teaching the foundation of setting or helping players improve their game IQ, Logan is committed to building athletes who love the game and play it the right way.

Biography
We’re proud to have Charles Cloutier as a key part of our coaching team. Based in Baton Rouge, Charles combines his passion for volleyball with years of experience to help young athletes thrive in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. In addition to coaching, Charles serves as the Operations Coordinator for the World Languages Department at LSU, where he works with diverse populations daily. His role has honed his organizational skills and strengthened his ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, making him a compassionate and effective leader on and off the court.
