Our App may allow you to create, post, store, and share content, including text, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.
By posting User Content, you grant COREOCTAL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, perform, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the App.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content.
Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
The App may offer products, services, or subscriptions for purchase ("In-App Purchases").
Payment: All payments are processed through the Application Store provider (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective App Store regarding payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
Refunds: COREOCTAL does not directly handle refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the Application Store provider.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of COREOCTAL and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of COREOCTAL.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by COREOCTAL. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that COREOCTAL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
In no event shall COREOCTAL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
Any content obtained from the App; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
COREOCTAL does not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
