Cordial Labs ("we," "us," or "our") offers products and services . These Terms of Privacy ("Terms") govern the use of our apps (including "Challenglish App"), and other products and services ("Services") by you ("user," "users," "customers," or "customers").
By using or accessing any one of our Services, you agree and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Using our Services:
You may use our Services if and only if you can comply with these Terms and all applicable laws in the region in which you choose to use our services . People under the age of 13 are not target audience for our Services.
Security:
Our Services do never ask users to sign up or sign in. There is no need at all to create any personal accounts in order to use our services. There is no features or functions to let the users communicate or interact with other users/devices/servers. We do not ask users to input any personal information except when they voluntarily choose to contact us to submit a feedback (see the "Feedback" in clause number 5).
The users are never requested to grant us any permissions on their devices other than the the Internet and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, which are classified by Google as normal (means they are tacitly granted at install time by your system) ones as we need to connect to the Internet and know its state.
Advertisements ("ads"):
Our services are completely free to use . However, they may contain ads from third parties such as Google Admob and Facebook Audience Network that may use some information of your devices to provide appropriate ads that better suit your needs.
Feedback:
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding our Services ("Feedback"). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you. Our services are equipped with a 'Contact us' icon that you can click to provide us with such a Feedback. Your contact details are not used for any purposes other than responding to your query , answering your question, or thanking you for your suggestion. Feedback is encouraged but optional and it is the sole way that you may choose to display your contact information to us. We do never share your contact details with anyone.
Information and Data Collection:
We do neither collect nor share any type of personal data or information in any way or form directly by our app. However, we may choose to use third party service providers ("Providers"). These Providers may collect some data or information whilst using our Services but do only process this data or information for specific purposes including appropriate tailoring of ads and/or to help us improve our services and all of this processing is done anonymously, and they do not disclose or use the data or information for any other purpose.
Some device information that may be collected by advertising companies includes:

Device make, model, and operating system;
Device properties related to screen size, orientation, audio, battery, device memory usage, settings, and boot time;
Device settings related to accessibility features, font size, theme;
Carrier;
Operating system;
Name and properties of mobile application through which a consumer interacts with the Services;

City- and/or country-level or other coarse geolocation data;
Network connection type and speed;
IP Address;
Internet browser user-agent used to access the Services;

Advertising and tracking preferences and restrictions.
Data collected is retained through the Services of advertising companies for up to 2 years. Information is automatically purged from their systems if the Services do not receive any updated information for a device in the last 2 years.

Modifying our Services and Terms:
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions and/or features. Accordingly, we may change some of the Terms. If any alteration to the privacy policy occurs, you will be notified and the most recent update will always be published here and on Google Play App Store.

None of Cordial Labs , our Providers contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents shall have any liability to you for any harm that may occur as a result of false interpretation of the content or misuse of the Services.
