At Cor Iesu, we believe that financial constraints should never prevent a congregation from worshipping in comfort. We offer the most flexible terms in the industry to ensure that our cooling solutions are accessible to all, from grand cathedrals to humble mission stations.

Our Flexible Payment Structure

We understand that every parish has a different cash flow based on their monthly collections and feast days. We tailor our plans to fit your reality:

• Low Down Payment (DP): Our standard down payment is only 40% to begin the project.

• Support for Poor Parishes: For communities with limited funds, we are open to lowering the down payment further to ensure you can start the installation without waiting years to save up.

• Extended Amortization: While standard terms are 6–10 months, we can extend the payment period beyond 10 months for parishes that need a smaller monthly commitment.

• Transparent Interest: A small, fixed interest fraction is included in each amortization to help us maintain our service to the Church.
