Partner Organization Application Process

Every organization or individual applicant must complete the COR Community Partners application annually in a timely manner to be considered for the following year’s partnership cycle (calendar year). A few special projects may be granted throughout the year, although the majority of our partnerships will be decided during the annual application process.

Timing:

1. Initial application period September, deadline set each year

2. Team Review September-October

3. Preliminary Funding Decision Early November

4. Final Funding based on Annual Budget Allocation December

5. Funding Begins January, Following Year
