This portal is currently for existing members only. If you are a new member, please contact the local secretary or visit the Media Booth or Welcome Desk to begin the registration process.

2. How do I verify my membership?

Simply go to the Home page, enter your Date of Birth, and click the “Check” button. If your record exists, your name will appear along with a link to update or confirm your details via a pre-filled form.

What if I don’t see my name after entering my Date of Birth?

Make sure you are using the correct format (DD/MM/YYYY). If you still do not see your record, please contact your district secretary or visit your local assembly for assistance.

4. Why is the form already filled with my information?

The form is pre-filled with data already submitted to the church database. You are encouraged to review it and make any necessary corrections or updates.

5. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for official church purposes. The system is based on Google’s secure tools.
