Following each visit, you'll receive a detailed report of our findings and any recommended actions. 

• No. Copper Key Home Watch is not a security company and does not replace the services of a security provider. Our role is to conduct scheduled inspections of your property while it is unoccupied and identify any visible issues or concerns.

Because we visit your home on a regular basis, our presence can provide an added layer of oversight and may help deter potential problems. If we discover signs of a break-in, vandalism, storm damage, or another issue during an inspection, we will promptly notify you and take the appropriate steps outlined in our service agreement. However, we do not provide security monitoring, alarm response, or daily patrol services.

• The ideal inspection frequency depends on your comfort level, how long you'll be away, and any requirements set by your insurance provider.

In general, more frequent inspections allow potential issues—such as water leaks, HVAC failures, storm damage, or pest activity—to be identified and addressed before they become costly problems. For this reason, many homeowners choose weekly inspections for maximum peace of mind, while others find bi-weekly visits sufficient.

It's also important to review your homeowner's insurance policy. Some insurance carriers have specific requirements regarding the inspection of vacant or unoccupied homes, while others do not. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm any requirements before selecting a service schedule.

• Because every home is unique, pricing is customized based on factors such as the size of the property, location, inspection frequency, and any additional services requested. 

Weekly Home Watch service plans start at $175 per month. Following a complimentary consultation, we'll provide a personalized quote tailored to your property's specific needs.

Our goal is to offer reliable, professional Home Watch services at a fair and transparent price, ensuring you receive the level of care and attention your home deserves.

• Arizona's weather can be unpredictable, especially during monsoon season. High winds, dust storms, heavy rain, and hail can all cause damage to a property, even when a home appears unaffected from the outside.

For added peace of mind, Copper Key Home Watch offers optional post-storm inspections following significant weather events. If your home is not scheduled for a regular inspection within 48 hours of the storm, you may request an additional visit to check for visible signs of storm-related damage, including roof leaks, water intrusion, broken windows, exterior damage, fallen debris, and other concerns.

Post-storm inspections are performed as an additional service and are subject to an additional fee. If your next regularly scheduled Home Watch visit falls within 48 hours of the weather event, your property will be inspected during that visit and no additional storm inspection fee will apply.

Following the inspection, you will receive a report with photos and any observations so you can stay informed about your home's condition while you're away.

• Following each visit, you will receive a detailed inspection report via email, including photos and notes from the inspection. This allows you to stay informed about the condition of your home no matter where you are.

If we identify an urgent issue that requires immediate attention—such as a water leak, storm damage, security concern, or system failure—we will contact you by phone as soon as possible. A detailed report with photos will also be sent via email for your records.

Our goal is to provide timely communication and complete transparency, giving you peace of mind while you're away from your home.

• Copper Key Home Watch primarily serves Scottsdale and the surrounding communities, including Paradise Valley, the Biltmore area, Arcadia, and Fountain Hills. 

If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us—we are happy to discuss availability on a case-by-case basis.

• We make payment simple - invoices are sent by email and can be paid online with a credit or debit card. 

• Yes, we have an extensive list of qualified licensed contractors and vendors who can meet most of your needs.
