Submitting a tech ticket might seem a little daunting or overwhelming, so I created this screen-cast with that in mind. You can access the Tech Support website from the Fresno Unified staff portal. From there, you will need to log into the site using your Fresno Unified user name and password. Once you are in the system, you will go into the "Submit a Help Request" page. Here, you will find where your ticket needs to be sent.
