Please be at the Lions Park at the corner of Mittagang and Yallakool Road, Cooma by 10:45am so that you have time to check in and collect your new shirt before the run commences at around 11am.

Both the run and walk include a compulsory drink stop where we will regroup for a photo with the local newspaper.

The runners and walkers should be back at the Lions Park by 12:30 and the usual hash circle will follow, with the BBQ served after that.

Those that wish to partake in lawn bowls in the afternoon, please ensure you have flat shoes or thongs to use on the greens.

Some hashers will be going to the bowls club on Mawson St soon after the lunch time BBQ and circle have wrapped up (about 3pm), so feel free to come down at any stage through the afternoon.

The dress code is HASH, so come in your best hash attire.

The photo slide show, nibblies and music will begin from around 6:00pm, so that’s the latest time to turn up if your not already there doing some bowling.

Each registered hasher will receive some drink vouchers upon arrival to use over the bar and you will also get a name badge.

The hot food will start to be served around 7:00pm.

Formal proceedings will start around 7:30pm and conclude around 8:30pm when dessert will be served.

The remainder of the evening will be casual.

There was very little interest in a Sunday recovery run, as such we have not prepared anything.

Instead, for the few die hards that want to stretch their legs on Sunday and support a good cause, there is a fundraising fun run for Louie Mould (2.5km and 5km option) on at 9am at Nijong Oval.

HOWEVER, you must register by 4pm (Thursday) if you want to be part of this.

Your registration includes a water bottle, fruit, Frisbee and race bib and is $15 for the 2.5km run and $25 for the 5km run.
