Setup
You need to install the add-on from Marketplace first:

Next, move to your Google Sheets, and navigate to Extensions > Cooltables.
Use the templates section to find this template. Click to copy it to the current spreadsheet.
Another way is to use the add-on sidebar menu. You'll find the "Templates" task, and be able to browse among other templates.
Usage
Change the Numbers: Edit the values in row 103 to adjust the heights of the bars in the waterfall chart. The chart will update automatically.
Customize the Colors: To alter the gradient, open the Format > Conditional Formatting menu and adjust the colors to match your preference. You can create smooth color transitions or set specific shades to highlight data points.
