Jesley- I was shifting at Maven's house. I tried the heartbeat method + the animal method. My leg twitched which is a symptom of shifting. I was almost shifting but I could hear Kayla and Nashlie laughing, which reminded me of my current reality, so it didn't work. It also didn't work for Maven so we moved to the living room. We tried the Alice in Wonderland method but I kept feeling the anxiety in my stomach and I had to move to get rid of the feelings (I don't know how to explain it, it sounds weird) which kept reminding me of my curren reality and discouraged me. I also used words like "I will try to shift." Instead of manifesting it to happen (which I learned on the third day.) So attempts unsuccessful.
Jesley- I shifted while I was going to sleep. I tried the raven method but I could hear crickets so I kept getting distracted. I kept telling myself not to think of my current reality which made me think of my current reality. There was one point when my vision started to lighten and I saw bright light but then I ended up not shifting. I don't know what happened then. Am I not ready? No, I am ready. I ended up falling asleep then woke up at about 4-5 am. I tried shifting again, maybe the universe gave me a second chance to do it on the same day or I sensed that my shifting hadn't worked. I noticed that my phone wasn't charging so maybe I had a super sense that that was happening LOL. I tried to shift using the raven method but I was so tired that my mind wasn't functioning well.
Jesley- I am writing this BEFORE my shifting tonight. This will just be notes and affirmations. I WILL shift tonight. I will shift successfully to my desired reality. I will spend two weeks in my desired reality. I will shift tonight. Today I learned that saying "I will try to shift" while lessen your chances of shifting because you aren't manifesting it/ you aren't speaking positively. Tonight I will try the tea party method which I read in Amino. I forgot what it was so I will read it again.
AFTER THE THIRD DAY: I was very positive I'd shift yesterday, but I did not. I will keep up this positive aura and shift tonight. I woke up again in the middle of the night in an attempt to shift. I still woke up in my curren reality :( I will shift tonight.

Imagine yourself walking down a path in a garden. Visualize anything you might see on the way: animals, flowers, etc. How do they make you feel? Safe? Happy? The further you walk down this path, you see the people you cherish most in life. They are encouraging you, saying things like, "you're finally going into your desired reality! You're going home!" Let this step take as long as you want. It can take 30 minutes or you won't dwell on it, it's your choice, but make sure to think about their words and repeat it to yourself.
The path leads to a cottage. You walk into it. You will imagine yourself transforming into your desired reality self. Visualize what you look like, what you're wearing, what you smell like. How do you speak? Have you gotten taller/shorter? In the middle of the cottage, you see a table filled with your favorite tea and snacks. Sitting at the table is someone important from your desired reality. They ask you to come sit with them, you agree.
Introduce yourself to the other person when you sit down. Make sure you introduce yourself as your desired reality self. Imagine the other person asking you questions about yourself. "Where are you from?" "What's your family like?" "What's your favorite food?" Anything. This is a nice conversation not an interview.
Once it feels right, the person from your dr will stand up and take your hand. Imagine what their hand feels like. They will lead you to a door at the back of the cottage and they will say, "I have some people I'd like you to meet." What does the door look like? Visualize everything you see. Use all your senses. The person from your DR opens the door and a bright white light enevelopes the both of you. The door is the portal to your waiting/meeting room. You feel that you are safe. You are in good hands. You are happy. Then, the entire room is covered in white light and you feel yourself floating. The person from your desired reality says, "we're here now."
At this point, start visualizing your desires reality and repeat affirmations; "I am in my desired reality." You can try the raven method after. While counting, say affirmations. (the author recommends saying "I am shifting) from 1-50 then "I have shifted/ I am in my desired reality." Until you reach 100.)
If it's hard to count while saying affirmations, just visualize your DR and say affirmations, until you sense something from your DR like, if you smell something or hear something that you have scripted. Visualize and say affirmations until you fall asleep. When you wake up you should be in your desired reality!
