In Beijing, you can celebrate the Beijing International Kite Festival. It is in spring  (April). You can see kite performances and many colourful kites soaring in the sky. They are big and beautiful. You can meet with your family and paint your own kites. It is fun.  You can fly your kite high to bring good luck and happiness.
