This Privacy Policy applies to the Cool Pizza! mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Francesco Rambaldi (the “Service Provider”) as a free, ad-supported game. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

Users may stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it using standard uninstall procedures available on their device or app marketplace.
Automatically collected information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Application’s functionality and to comply with legal obligations. Diagnostic and usage data may be retained for a limited period and then stored in aggregated form.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
