Church of Our Lady
We, as members of Church of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, believe that we are called to minister to all who come through our Doors.
As good stewards, when we go out, we will take Christ to our local community and to the whole of God’s world.
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands, referred to as Treaty 4 Territory and that the city of Moose Jaw is located on Treaty 4 territory, These are the territories of the nêhiyawak (Cree), Anihšināpēk (Saulteaux), Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation.
We respect and honour the Treaties that were made on all territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we are committed to move forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
