I am a high school student and am currently enrolled in the Conservation Biology Career Technical Training (CTE) course. I am also someone who is passionate about the environment. This project is part of my Independant Project which is required in Conservation Biology, and I am using it to find ways to lessen carbon emissions where possible. Through this project, I have had fun experimenting with the family recipes that have been passed down in my family. Included on this site is one such recipe named Yaprakh, or dolma. Through much experimentation between my mom and I, we have found a vegan recipe that still tastes just like home and family. I encourage you all to try this with some of your own beloved recipes!
