The payment will be fully upfront and only via Paypal Business

I have the right to refuse any Commision

Depending on the complexity of your commission and how busy I am in real life the time frame may vary between 3 week - 2 months

Character references should be provided, as well as poses (even a little stick figure drawing of the basic pose would help)

After the first sketch has been approved there will be no refund, unless I cant provide the artwork.

Please ensure that we maintain the same method of communication throughout the commission process to avoid any miscommunication or no communication. If you change your username or anything, make sure to inform me. (If contact is not possible the commission will be stopped)

Do NOT under any circumstances use AI on anything I provided you in this Commission, you will be permanently blacklisted

You will receive updates, when there are updates. (First Sketch, Lineart, Color, etc)

There will be no refunds after you receive the finished piece.

I have the right to post the work afterwards on any of my Platforms and use it in my portfolio.

You are only allowed to use the commission for commercial purposes if I get credit.

All the rights of the Artwork still belong to me, unless paid for full rights.
