How much notice do you need?

Ideally, a three week notice, but please still reach out with any requests if it's under that time frame! Depending on how full my schedule is, I might be able to complete the order.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

The cookies will come heat sealed and will stay fresh up to two weeks at room temp. If you'd like them to last a bit longer, I suggest freezing them! Please do not place the cookies in the fridge, as this will dry them out. 

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your order, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 10 days' notice before your scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made within 10 days of pickup will result in a non-refundable deposit, as significant time, preparation, and supplies have already been dedicated to your order.
