Voice Chat & Audio Clause
Every rule above applies to voice chatting and audio.
Punishment for the broken rule
Double Trouble Clause
If a member breaks 2 or more rules at once, they will be punished for the one with the bigger punishment period.
Punishment for the broken rule
Appeling
When there is an appeal, proof is to be shown that the appellant has done the jailable offense. If Moderators cannot get proof, the appellant will be unjailed. Appellants can appeal after 90 d of their jail. If the appellant appeals after their 2nd jail, the appeal will be denied assuming proof has been shown.
If the appellant claims they were falsely banned in their appeal when there is irrefutable evidence against them, they shall have their jail time extended to an indefinite jail.
Repeated Offences
If a player breaks a rule which results in a kick/verbal warn after previously getting kicked/verbally warned for said rule, the player will get jailed for 1 day. Exceptions to this punishment are C.9.1 and C.10. If players break those rules continuously, punish according to the 2nd punishment given in the rule’s punishment columns.
If a player breaks a rule which result in a jail (repeated offences included), their jail will be extended by 1 day.
If a player breaks rules which result in a jail 3 times within 5 months, that player will get a 30 days jail. (The duration may be longer depending on the rules broken).
Valid Proof
What will be considered valid proof is the following: a PGN of the match (names of the players & the moves throughout the whole match) & a screenshot/recording of the reporter/you playing against the chess engine user where their username is visible, or a separate screenshot for the chess engine user’s username.
In-game Rules
Some rules cannot be moderated in tickets and a moderator needs to join to solve the issue. If you need a moderator to join, create a ticket and ask for one to join (remember to turn your joins on so moderators can join)
