We would like to kindly remind all registered participants that only official communications sent directly from the conference organizing team via email are legitimate.

Please be aware:

* If you receive any message—via email, phone, text, or social media—regarding accommodation, travel arrangements, or conference logistics, and it is not from our official email address, it is a scam.

* We do not share participant contact details with third parties under any circumstances.

* Your personal information, including contact details, is kept strictly confidential and is only used internally for conference coordination.

* The only information we publicly share (and only after you gave your permission for it) is the list of participant names (without contact details) for program and registration purposes.
