Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Converza ("the App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, immediately discontinue use and delete the App.

App Description & Purpose

Converza is a relationship-focused conversation application designed to:

• Facilitate meaningful conversations between couples and individuals

• Provide curated question decks for relationship building

• Offer self-discovery assessments and personality insights

• Enable progress tracking and relationship growth monitoring

The App is intended for personal development, entertainment, and relationship enhancement purposes only.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 17 years old to download and use this App due to mature relationship content.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• Your use complies with applicable local laws

• If under 18, you have parental/guardian consent

We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that violate age restrictions.

Account & Data Management

LOCAL STORAGE: Converza operates using local device storage only. No accounts or cloud storage are used.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain device security to protect your data

• Regularly back up your device if you want to preserve app data

• Understand that uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data

• Manage app permissions according to your privacy preferences

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Converza responsibly and lawfully. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES include:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code

• Creating derivative works or unauthorized modifications

• Using the App for illegal, harmful, or commercial purposes

• Attempting to disable security features or access restrictions

• Sharing app content commercially without written permission

• Using the App in ways that could harm its functionality or other users

• Circumventing age restrictions or safety features

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

PERMITTED USE:

• Personal, non-commercial use as intended

• Sharing individual questions through app's share feature

PROHIBITED:

• Commercial use without written license

• Reproduction or distribution of content outside the app

• Creation of competing products using our content

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Personal injury or emotional distress

• Relationship outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from app use

• Any actions taken or not taken based on app content

• Device damage, data loss, or technical failures

• Third-party actions or content

• Service interruptions or discontinuation

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You use this App entirely at your own risk

• You are solely responsible for any consequences of using the App

• The App is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only

• No guarantee of any specific outcome is made or implied

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Converza and its developer from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Any content you share or actions you take based on App use

• Any claim that your use caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.

The App is provided strictly on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

CONVERZA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

• UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

Governing Law & Disputes

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Contact us first to resolve issues informally

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by Romanian courts

Small claims court option remains available

Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law

European users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability & Entire Agreement

SURVIVAL: The sections regarding Limitation of Liability, Warranty Disclaimer, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law shall survive termination of these Terms.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
