We respect your privacy. This page explains how ConvertX handles your data when you use the app.

1. File & Image Processing All image and PDF conversion and compression happens entirely on your device. We do not upload your photos or files to any external server, and we never access or store them on our systems.

2. Data We May Collect The app does not require you to create an account or sign in. However, some technical data may be collected indirectly through third-party services we use, such as:

Your device's Advertising ID
General technical device information (device type, OS version, approximate country)
Crash reports, used to improve app stability

3. Third-Party Services The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, in accordance with its own privacy policy:

4. Permissions The app may request access to your photos or files solely to perform the conversion or compression action you request. This permission is never used for any other purpose.

5. Children's Privacy This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Rights Since the app does not store your personal data on our servers, there is no stored data to request deletion of. For ad-related data, you can manage your personalized ad settings directly from your device settings (Google Settings → Ads).

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date above.
