This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and what choices you have.

1) Information we process

We do not collect or store users’ personal data on our own servers. The App does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics, push notifications, or crash-reporting services.

However, the App may process the following information:

1.1 User settings and preferences (stored locally)

The App may store on your device:

• selected currencies (base/target),

• interface settings,

• display options (for example, chart period/settings, if applicable),

• other in-app preferences.
  
  

This information is stored only on your device for convenience.

1.2 Exchange rate data (from a third-party provider)

The App fetches exchange rates and (if applicable) historical rate data from Open Exchange Rates. To improve performance and reduce network requests, the App may cache part of the received data locally on your device.

1.3 Clipboard

If you use a “Copy” feature, the App places the selected value (for example, an amount or exchange rate) into your device’s clipboard. The App does not read your clipboard contents without your action and does not send clipboard data anywhere.

2) How we use this information

We use locally stored information only to:

• remember your settings and selected currencies,

• speed up the App using local caching,

• diplay exchange rates and charts.
  
  

3) Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information and do not share personal data with third parties.

To provide exchange rates, the App sends requests to Open Exchange Rates. Like any internet request, the provider may receive standard connection metadata (for example, IP address, user-agent, and request time), which is typical for web services and governed by the provider’s practices.

4) Data storage and retention

• Settings and cached exchange-rate data are stored locally on your device (in the App’s local storage).

• We do not use our own servers to store user data.
  
  

You can delete this data by clearing the App’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

5) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored within the App on your device. However, no method of storage is completely secure (for example, if a device is compromised or accessed by someone else).

6) Children’s privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect such information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

7) Your choices

Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not store personal data on our servers, most requests (such as data deletion) can be handled by removing the App’s local data on your device.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at the link provided in the app store listing and/or within the App. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly.
