Offline Functionality: The App operates locally on your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your files to any external server.
Data Responsibility: Since we do not store your data, you are solely responsible for backing up your original images and created PDF documents. We cannot recover files if they are deleted from your device.
3. User Content and Conduct
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images and documents you process using the App. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create or convert.
Usage: You agree not to use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Since the processing is local, you are solely responsible for the content you generate.
4. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases The App may offer a "Premium" or "Pro" version (e.g., unlimited conversions, batch processing) available via purchase.
Payment: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle your financial information.
Subscriptions: If you subscribe, your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by the store (Apple or Google) according to their respective refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights The App itself (including its source code, design, logos, and features), excluding the user-generated content, is the property of [Your Name or Company Name] and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
