Dinner and half-day trip

CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 17^th October at restaurant Assador. It will be a classical Brazilian rodízio.

The price for registered participants is R$ 150.- for professors and R$ 100.- for students. The payment can be done until October 8^th through this link.

HALF-DAY TRIP

We have arranged a special price for a half-day excursion in Jeep in the Tijuca National Park (urban tropical rainforest) for Wednesday 16^th October from 12:00 (departure from FGV) to 18:00 (drop off at Hotel Scorial).

The price for each participants of the conference is R$ 200 per person, and the payment can be done until October 8^th through this link.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and sport shoes, and to bring sunblock and mosquito repellent.

Details of the excursion follow:

12:00: Pick up in Jeep at FGV (after some morning talks)

13:00: Lunch at Restaurant Esquilos inside the Tijuca National Park

14:00-17:00: Guided tour inside the Tijuca Rainforest, including the Vista Chinesa and a walk in the nature to see the vegetation and waterfalls.

18:00: Drop off at Hotel Scorial
