Welcome to Contrast! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Contrast mobile application (“App”) operated by Contrast 

1. Eligibility

To use Contrast, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be a current, verified student of a supported college/university.

• Not have a previous account banned for violating our policies.

2. Your Account

You’re responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity that happens under your account.

We may remove or suspend accounts that:

• Use false information.

• Engage in inappropriate, illegal, or abusive behavior.

• Violate the community rules or these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent yourself.

• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

• Use the app for commercial purposes or spam.

4. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the app (e.g., showing your profile to matches).

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our values.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide Contrast “as is” and cannot guarantee that every match or interaction will be safe, successful, or as expected.

We are not responsible for:

• User conduct on or off the app.

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
