What is an Organizational Chart?

A visual representation of the Hierarchy in your business.

Decisions do not always flow in one direction, the Org Chart gives us a clear vision of how the different departments in our business interact and manage responsibilities.

While you not have all these "positions" in your business right now, these are the general departments that exist even if you are managing them all. The key is to distinguish WHAT gets done by WHO and HOW.
