Live Phone Answering
- Forward your existing phone number or publish your VOIP number – or both.
- Pink Callers live virtual receptionists will cheerfully answer your calls with your personalized greeting Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in every U.S. and Canadian time zone.
- We’ll provide callers with vital information such as descriptions of your services, mailing address to make payments, etc.
- We’ll schedule proposal appointments, and you will be notified immediately in the field thru your CRM system.
- Our intelligent receptionists can distinguish between different types of calls (new clients, current clients, urgent calls, etc.) and handle according to your instructions.
Customized Call Handling
Each person in your business may set their own individual call instructions. Our virtual receptionists may gather any information you’d like before taking your messages and each of your employees can decide what’s the most helpful information for them.
Messages Delivered via your CRM
- Our virtual receptionists will collect any information you’d like in messages, including a short narrative of the services the customer is expecting a proposal for.
- CRM messages are delivered to you immediately in your sysytem via text message if urgent thru the Twilio API.
- Voicemail messages are responded to by the close of the business day.
Return Calls on Your Behalf
Our team of virtual receptionists can also make calls on your behalf to relay information or confirm appointments.
