If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not install, use or access the Contractor Hub App.

We collect personal information that is needed for the Contractor Hub App to function and provide service to you. We may collect personal information from you as below:
i. When you create or update user account, we may collect information that includes but not limited to your first name, last name, email, phone number, address.
ii. When you use our services, we may collect and store information about you and/or your device which includes but not limited to Device ID, Device Model, and Android Version. This would be used for the purpose of identifying the device in case of providing technical support or enhancing the service of the Contractor Hub App.
iii. When you enable features that require the Contractor Hub App to access your Camera, Contacts, Calendar and Device Storage, we may collect and store the information or media to enable you use the respective feature of the Contractor Hub App. This may include contacts, photos that may be need to be uploaded as a part of the Contractor Hub App’s feature that you are using.
iv. When you report problems or send crash reports, we may use the information you send for troubleshooting.
v. We use Third-Party Apps like Google Sign-In, QuickBooks Online, DropBox, to provide you service, which may need certain personal information like email to identify you. We collect, store and share this information with the Third-Party Apps to support them in providing the needed service to you. Please see the respective Third-Party App’s Privacy Policy for more information about how they share information when you choose to connect to your account.
HOW WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION FROM YOU
We collect personal information in the following ways:
When you voluntarily provide us with this information by creating or updating user account or giving us permission to enable service your Camera, Contacts, Calendar and Device Storage.
We may collect personal information like Device ID, Mobile Number, Device Model, etc. when you log in and access the Contractor Hub App.
We may collect personal information when you use Third-Party Apps like Google Sign-In, QuickBooks Online, DropBox from within the Contractor Hub App.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide you with different features and services of the Contractor Hub App such as To Do List, PO Maker, Time Logs.
To allow you to easily connect and transfer information with your other accounts such as QuickBooks Online, Sign-in with your Google Account, save files to your DropBox.
To personalise and improve your service to you.
To help troubleshoot any issues that you face.
DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
With Service Providers: We may share your information with Third-Party Service Providers like Google, QuickBooks Online, DropBox, to support them to provide their service to us, so that we, in turn can provide the service to you.
With Other Users: We may share information with other users such as the employees of your company. For example, when you use the Contacts sharing feature of the Contractor Hub App.
For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:
§ Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or
§ Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts;
§ Under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, policies or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our Services.
