The primary goal of the Contra Costa CERT Coalition is to promote the development, coordination, advancement of all CERT programs in Contra Costa County - progressively improving the quality of CERT programs across jurisdictions

To promote the CERT program and enhance the level of preparedness across Contra Costa County communities which in turn will save lives and protect property during emergencies and disasters in Contra Costa County
