Privacy Policy for Contextual English IPA
Contextual English IPA processes webpage text locally in the user's browser in order to identify English words and display IPA pronunciations and dictionary meanings.
Pointer movement, text selection, and scrolling events may be processed locally only when necessary to provide hover lookup, word selection, and popup positioning. These activities are not recorded as usage history.
MDX dictionary files imported by the user are stored locally on the user's device and are used only for dictionary lookup.
The extension does not transmit webpage content, dictionary files, lookup data, browsing activity, or other user data to the developer or to third parties.
The extension does not sell user data or use user data for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or purposes unrelated to its stated functionality.
