In short: Context Widget learns which apps you use in different situations so its home-screen widget can show the six apps you are most likely to need. Everything it learns is stored and processed only on your phone. The app has no internet access, has no accounts, contains no ads or analytics, and never sends your data to us or to anyone else.
Context Widget (the "App") is published by Czechner Ince, Banfalvi street, 9400 Sopron, Hungary ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data processed by the App within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The App only reads the information below after you grant the corresponding Android permission. Except for usage access, every permission is optional; the App keeps working with fewer signals, but its suggestions become less precise.
Information
Permission
Why it is used
App usage history: which apps you open and when
Usage access
To learn which apps you use at different times and in different situations. This is the core function of the App.
Precise and approximate location, including in the background
Location ("Allow all the time" is optional)
To recognise places you visit often, such as home and work, so the widget can adapt to where you are, even when the App is closed or not in use. Locations are stored as rounded areas of roughly 150 metres, together with the average position of places you visit repeatedly.
Name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to
Location (Android requires it to read Wi-Fi names)
To recognise situations such as being on your home or office network.
Names and hardware addresses of connected Bluetooth audio devices (e.g. car, headphones, speakers)
Nearby devices / Bluetooth
To recognise situations such as driving or listening with headphones.
Charging state and whether headphones are plugged in
None
Used as additional context signals.
List of apps installed on your phone that can be opened from the launcher
None
To show app names and icons in the widget and to suggest everyday apps before the App has learned your habits.
Your preferences: pinned apps, hidden apps and manually selected contexts
None
To respect your personal choices.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, messages, photos, files, phone number or any account information. The App does not read the content of other apps; it only sees which app was opened and when.
All of the information above is stored in the App's private storage on your phone, where other apps cannot access it. The App does not request internet access, so it is technically unable to upload your data. We, the developer, never receive or have access to any of it.
Android backup is disabled for the App, so its data is not copied to your Google account backups.
We do not sell, share, rent or transfer your data to anyone. The App contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking software.
To determine your location in a battery-efficient way, the App uses the location service built into Android and provided by Google Play services. When an app requests location, Google may process location information according to your device settings and Google's Privacy Policy. The App itself does not send anything to Google.
Detailed context readings (location area, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) are deleted after 3 days.
The history of app launches is deleted after 60 days.
Learned habits gradually fade, losing half of their weight every 3 weeks, and are deleted once they are no longer relevant (after at most about 6 months).
Places, Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices you have not encountered for 90 days are deleted.
You can delete everything the App has learned at any time with Reset learning in the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in Android settings permanently deletes all of its data.
You can grant or revoke any permission at any time in Android settings; the App stops using that signal immediately.
You can pin apps, hide apps from suggestions, or choose a context manually.
You can reset all learned data within the App, or uninstall it.
The App processes data on your device to provide the feature you requested: a widget that adapts to your context (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Location, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and usage information are only accessed with your consent, given through the Android permission prompts, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because all data stays on your device and we have no copy of it, you can exercise these rights directly in the App (reset learning), in Android settings (permissions, clearing storage) or by uninstalling the App. For any questions, contact us at info@anycommand.io.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu.
The App is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly process children's data in any way different from other users. Because no data leaves the device, we do not collect information from anyone.
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when the App gains new features. The updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the App's release notes.
