KOC Token System

To enhance reward flexibility, DN2 introduces a token-based system, where creators can earn, track, and redeem tokens for exclusive in-game rewards.

1. Token Reset Policy

To ensure active participation and timely redemption, tokens will be reset under the following conditions:

Inactive for 3 months: Tokens will be reset to zero if a creator has not been active for three consecutive months.
Year-End Expiry: All tokens must be used by December 31 at 23:59 of each year. Unused tokens will be cleared.

Rewards are limited based on rarity and demand, meaning each item has a monthly redemption cap.
Stock availability is refreshed monthly, and once an item is out of stock, it cannot be redeemed until restocked.

Tokens are updated twice per month (on the 10th and 25th) after reviewing KOC submissions and live streaming data.
Creators can check their personal token balance and transaction history in a dedicated tracking sheet.
To redeem a reward, creators must:
- Visit the Token Store Sheet to view available inventory.
- Submit a request for redemption of the desired item.
- Once submitted, the corresponding tokens will be frozen in the personal sheet.
- Upon successful reward approval and distribution, tokens will be deducted.
- If the redemption fails due to inventory shortages or other issues, the tokens will be refunded.

Creators can submit a Wishlist to request new items to be added to the Token Store.

GMs may update the store inventory based on demand and feasibility.
Creators with outstanding monthly performance may receive accelerated access or direct grants for wishlist items.

KOCs from the same guild will be able to donate tokens to each other, helping fellow creators reach their goals faster.
Each creator can donate up to 100 tokens per month.
When a donation meets the required redemption threshold, the recipient will be able to unlock and claim the item.
