Welcome to Contacts App
Radhika Infotech ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "Contacts" mobile application (the "App").
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Radhika Infotech  unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the "Contacts" app. By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

- Information Collection and Use

Contacts Information:
We access your contacts to enable you to manage, edit, and save contact information within the app.

Phone State Information:
We may access phone state information (such as incoming and outgoing call statuses) to help manage calls directly within the app.

Device Information:
We collect device-related data (hardware details, system settings) for crash reporting and performance improvements.

Network and Internet Access:
The app requires internet access to provide features like cloud synchronization, analytics, and display of ads.

Notification Access:
We use notifications to alert you about important updates related to the app.

- Data Storage and Security

All contact and call log data are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. However, anonymized app usage data collected by third-party services (like Firebase) may be processed on their servers.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee 100% security.

- Permissions We Use and Why

🔹 1. READ_PHONE_STATE

Original Text:

The READ_PHONE_STATE permission is used in a video player with an "After Call Screen" feature to detect incoming and outgoing calls.

Simple Explanation:
This permission helps the app know when a phone call is starting or ending. It is used in the "After Call Screen" feature to show helpful options after a call.

Used in App:
📦 com.example.videoplayer
🛠️ Feature: "After Call Screen" in the Video Player

🔹 2. SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

Original Text:

The SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission allows the video player app to display overlays or floating windows above other apps. This is useful for the "After Call Screen".

Simple Explanation:
This lets the app show small floating windows or pop-ups over other apps. It's used to show the After Call Screen on top of other apps after a phone call.

Used in App:
📦 com.example.videoplayer
🛠️ Feature: Floating "After Call Screen"

🔹 3. CALL_PHONE

Original Text:

This app requests the CALL_PHONE permission to allow users to directly initiate phone calls from the contact list.

Simple Explanation:
This lets the app make a phone call directly when the user taps a number from the contact list inside the app.

Used in App:
📦 com.example.contactsdialer
🛠️ Feature: Call contacts directly from the app

🔹 4. SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM

Original Text:

This app uses the SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission to set precise reminder notifications at the exact time scheduled by the user. It ensures timely alerts for tasks or calls. No personal data is collected or shared.

Simple Explanation:
This permission lets the app set very accurate alarms and reminders. It's used to send reminders at the exact time the user chooses. The app does not collect or share any personal info.

Used in App:
📦 com.example.taskreminder
🛠️ Feature: Send timely reminders for tasks or calls

- Data Retention and Deletion
We only keep your data for as long as it's needed to provide the app's services. Once the data is no longer required, we either delete it or anonymize it so it can't be linked back to you.
All the app data is stored directly on your device. If you uninstall the app, all the data stored locally on your phone or tablet will be removed automatically.
Please note, any data collected by third-party services used within the app will follow their own data retention policies. You can check their policies for more details on how they manage your data.
We aim to protect your information and only retain what's necessary to make sure the app works as it should.
