Contact Data Access (Device Permission) To perform its core functionality—exporting your contacts into document formats (such as PDF, CSV, or VCF)—the App requests permission to access your device’s contacts (READ_CONTACTS).
Local Processing Only: All contact reading, formatting, and document generation occur entirely locally on your mobile device.
No Server Uploads: We do not collect, transmit, upload, or store your contact details on any remote servers.
No Personal Account Information The App does not require user registration, account creation, or login credentials. We do not collect personal identifiers like your name, phone number, or email address unless you choose to contact our support team directly.
2. Documents and Generated Files
Local Device Storage: All files created or exported using the App remain stored locally on your device's internal storage or external directory under your direct control.
Zero Remote Backup: We do not host, backup, transmit, or monitor the documents you create. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your exported files.
3. Data Deletion and Control
You maintain full control over the files and data generated by the App:
In-App & Device Deletion: You can delete exported documents using the file management features inside the App (where applicable) or through any standard file manager installed on your Android device.
Data Retention: Because we do not upload or retain copies of your documents or contacts on external servers, once a file is deleted from your device, it cannot be restored or recovered by us.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App utilizes trusted third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) to serve advertisements and ensure app stability. These third parties may collect device-level identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Third-Party Providers Used:
Google AdMob (Advertising): Serves personalized or non-personalized ads. AdMob may collect Advertising IDs (AAID), IP address, crash logs, and diagnostic performance metrics.
Google Play Services: Provides baseline infrastructure, functionality, and performance analytics.

Since no contact data or generated documents leave your device, your risk of network-based data interception from our side is minimized.
We strongly advise securing your mobile device using PINs, passwords, pattern locks, or biometric authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your local files.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal data through contact support or otherwise, please contact us immediately so we can remove the information promptly.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates, technical modifications, or changes in legal and regulatory compliance (such as updated Google Play Policies).
