uses, and protects your information. By using this App, you agree to this policy.

The App uses the following device permissions:

- INTERNET

  Used to load ads (if applicable), process in-app purchases through Google Play

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

  Used to check whether an internet connection is available before attempting 

  network operations (such as verifying in-app purchases).

- READ_CONTACTS

  Used to read contacts saved on your device so you can view, search, and manage 

  them within the App. This data is never sent to any external server.

- CALL_PHONE

  Used to allow you to directly call a contact from within the App by tapping 

  their phone number. No call data is recorded or transmitted by the App.

- READ_PHONE_STATE

  Used to detect incoming calls so the App can respond appropriately (e.g., pause 

  or close active screens during a call). We do not record or store call details.

- READ_CALL_LOG

  Used to display your recent call history within the App for quick access to 

  recent contacts. Call log data is read locally and is never transmitted to 

  any external server.

- POST_NOTIFICATIONS

  Used to send you local notifications (e.g., reminders, follow-up alerts for 

  contacts). We do not send marketing or promotional push notifications without 

  your consent.

- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

  Used to display overlay screens (e.g., caller ID or contact info) when a call 

  is received or made, even when the App is running in the background.

- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

  Used to restart necessary background services after your device is rebooted, 

  so features like notifications and reminders continue to work correctly.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases 

are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your 

payment information. Billing and refund queries are handled directly by Google Play.

3. Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. 

Specifically:

- Contact names, numbers, and emails — stored on your device only

- Call logs — read locally, never transmitted

- Notification preferences — stored on your device only

- Purchase status (free/premium) — verified through Google Play, not stored by us

We do not collect your location, device ID, advertising ID, or any other 

identifiers for tracking purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

Since all contact and call data is stored locally on your device, it is protected

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device for as long as the App is installed. 

You can delete contacts or call logs directly within the App. 

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly 

collect data from children. If you believe a child is using this App, please

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not 

responsible for:

- Loss of contact data due to device failure, factory reset, or uninstallation

- Any issues related to in-app purchases beyond what Google Play supports

- Any damage resulting from use or inability to use this App

Use of this App is entirely at your own risk. Users are advised to back up their 

data regularly.
