Just enter in phone numbers in each of the contact slots and in the mental health professional slot and the app is ready to run. When you click the I FEEL GREAT button, the message "I feel great" will be sent to all three contacts. When you click the I NEED HELP button, the message "I NEED HELP" and your current location will be sent to your three contacts. Each message to be sent will be prompted to you to give you the option to send it. You have to click the send button for every message to actually send. The MH Professional button will call the contact you have saved in the MH Professional slot. The HOTLINE button will call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Lastly the 911 button will dial 911. All the buttons will prompt you to call the number, so you have the option to decline before the call actually goes out. If you typed in phone numbers but they disappear when you click the back button, make sure you actually clicked the save button in each section. If you type in the phone number and then click on the screen, your device may simply remove the keyboard instead of actually clicking the button. When the button is actually clicked, there will be an animation of the button being pressed and then coming back up.
