This Privacy Policy explains how the application (“the App”) handles information when you use its conversation import, text recognition, organization, writing, translation, reminder, and AI-assisted features.
The App is designed so that you choose what content to import and analyze. It does not automatically read conversations from other messaging applications, does not require access to your Contacts, and does not require an account to use the core features.
The App may process content that you intentionally provide, including:
screenshots or images selected by you;
text that you paste or enter;
supported files or documents that you choose to import;
conversation content created or edited inside the App;
voice recordings or audio files that you intentionally provide for transcription or analysis;
information you manually add to conversations, people, spaces, notes, follow-ups, reminders, or saved items.
This content may contain personal information about you or other people. You should only submit content that you have the right or permission to use.
The App does not automatically access or collect messages from other applications.
Where supported, the App may use Apple frameworks and on-device processing to perform functions such as text recognition, conversation parsing, organization, search, and local storage.
For screenshot imports, the App may use Apple Vision technologies to recognize text and reconstruct conversation content. This processing is designed to occur on the device where supported.
Original screenshots are not required to be permanently stored for AI analysis. If the App provides an option to retain original imported screenshots, you control that setting. Conversation text, analysis results, notes, spaces, follow-ups, and other saved items may be stored locally on your device so that the App can provide its features.
Some optional features use third-party artificial intelligence services to provide functionality such as:
conversation summaries;
suggested replies;
rewriting and tone adjustments;
translation;
extraction of tasks, dates, questions, decisions, promises, and follow-ups;
conversation insights and organization.
Before any selected conversation content is sent to a third-party AI service, the App asks for your explicit permission.
If you do not provide permission, the App will not send your selected conversation content to the third-party AI service. Features that require external AI processing will not be available, while features that can operate locally may continue to work.
You may withdraw your permission for third-party AI processing through the App’s settings. After consent is withdrawn, the App will stop sending new selected content to the third-party AI service unless you provide permission again.
When you explicitly consent to AI processing and use an AI-powered feature, the App may send only the information reasonably necessary to perform your requested action to OpenAI, a third-party AI service provider.
Depending on the feature you use, this information may include:
selected or imported conversation text;
text extracted from screenshots;
text you type or paste;
conversation structure needed to understand message order or speakers;
voice transcripts when you intentionally use a voice-related AI feature;
your specific instruction, such as asking for a summary, translation, rewrite, reply, or task extraction.
The App does not send your entire photo library, Contacts database, or unrelated device content to OpenAI.
OpenAI processes information according to its applicable terms, privacy policies, and API data-use policies. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing. OpenAI may retain limited data as described in its API data controls and as required for service operation, safety, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
We do not sell conversation content sent for AI processing.
The App requests microphone access only when you intentionally choose a feature that records audio.
The App does not continuously listen to or record audio in the background.
Audio or transcripts may be processed using Apple-provided speech technologies and, when you explicitly consent and request an AI-powered feature, relevant transcript text may be sent to OpenAI for the requested analysis.
The App accesses only photos, screenshots, or files that you intentionally select through system-provided pickers or import interfaces.
The App does not require unrestricted access to your entire photo library for normal screenshot importing.
Imported content is used only to provide the feature you requested, such as text recognition, conversation reconstruction, analysis, organization, or export.
If the App offers calendar, reminder, or notification features, access is requested only when you choose to use the relevant feature.
The App does not create calendar events or reminders without your action or confirmation.
You can manage or revoke these system permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Information stored locally by the App may include:
imported conversation text;
reconstructed messages;
AI analysis results;
saved conversations;
notes;
spaces and tags;
follow-ups and reminder information;
people information derived from imported conversations;
appearance and app preferences.
Local information remains on your device until you delete it, remove the App, or use an available in-app deletion option.
The App may provide controls such as:
Clear Analysis History;
delete an imported conversation;
delete saved content;
delete person records created from imported conversations;
Delete All Imported Data.
Deleting local data does not necessarily delete data that a third-party service was already required or permitted to retain under its own policies or legal obligations.
The App does not require access to your Contacts database for its core features.
People shown in the App may be created from demo data, information contained in conversations you import, or information you manually enter.
The App may include sample conversations, sample people, sample tasks, and other demo content so that you can explore the interface before importing your own information.
Demo content is bundled or generated for demonstration purposes and is not taken from your personal conversations or Contacts.
The App does not sell your personal information.
The App does not use imported conversation content for third-party advertising.
The App does not use imported conversation content to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
If analytics, advertising, or tracking practices materially change in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law or platform rules will be requested.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed by the App.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for deciding what conversation content you choose to import or submit for AI processing.
The App may rely on services or technologies provided by third parties, including:
OpenAI for optional AI-powered processing;
Apple system frameworks and services for functions such as photo/file selection, text recognition, speech, calendar, reminders, notifications, and device storage.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that personal information from a child has been provided inappropriately, please contact the Application Provider using the support contact available on the App Store product page.
Depending on the features available in your version of the App, you may be able to:
choose exactly what screenshots, text, files, or audio to import;
refuse third-party AI processing;
withdraw AI-processing consent;
edit or delete imported conversations;
clear analysis history;
delete saved content;
disable notifications;
revoke Photos, Microphone, Calendar, Reminder, or Notification permissions through iOS Settings;
delete all imported data stored by the App.
Third-party service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the one in which you live. Their processing is governed by their applicable privacy commitments, contractual safeguards, and legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or third-party services.
When material changes are made, the updated policy will be made available through the App or the App Store listing, and the effective date above will be revised.
Where required, additional consent will be requested before information is used for a materially different purpose.
