Savvy Tech Consumers Have Goals Too.
Virtual Private Network
Each time you log into your company VPN this is your first stop for a successful log in attempt.
Add your username and password for your company network.
Some vpn's require a push method pin add, insert it correctly and wait for the network to authenticate your log in credentials.
If your connected to your internet and company authenticates your current password than you will be connected.
If you're having complications, it may be your password change did not authenticate on the company network, your internet connection location area, or the vpn certificate need revalidation/update.
Multi Factor Authenticator
This verification requires the 2nd authentication to ensure you are the correct person authorized to log into the network.
This should be initially set-up during your onboarding phase if done correctly you will receive a 2-digit code each time you log in . The method could vary depending on what you choose. Pin code, phone number, face recognition, or external key.
If there was a recent password change and it did not hit the network authentication can interfere with this process.
When you log in you will be prompted for your method of connection.
If the system recognizes your credentials on file you will be connected to the company network.
Always check your internet and vpn connection.

"My technology experiences are vast from Cybersecurity, Software Developing, Desktop Engineer, Service Desk Technician. When I started in the Field my goals was to learn every field within IT. Some roles I learned within others: all are vast roles that I have worked hard to develop. It is not about how well you do in school in which I did great, but it's about how well you adapt, learn, think ethically & strategically, are proactive, and care about each computer/device and end-user you're in contact within the real world in real time. You have to be excited about continuous leisure learning because technology changes quickly and there is always something to learn in technology.
Technology will break, malfunction, and simply will be frustrating for you.
I enjoy helping you as you get better; myself and my IT professional comrades around the world will see fewer human errors to fix & that helps us expedite more improvements to continually make an efficient internet environment for us all.
I am always ready. How about you ???
