Construct Vita is developed and operated by Yasser Rashed.
This Privacy Policy explains how Construct Vita handles information when you use the application.
1. Information Entered by the User
Construct Vita allows users to enter information for creating a professional CV, including information such as:
• Full name
• Job title
• Email address
• Phone number
• Location
• LinkedIn profile
• Professional summary
• Work experience
• Education
• Courses and training
• Languages
• Skills, tools, and technologies
This CV information is processed locally on the user’s device.
Construct Vita does not upload, transmit, or store the content of your CV on a Construct Vita server.
The app does not require users to create an account.
2. Local Storage and Generated PDF Files
CV drafts may be stored locally on the user’s device so that the user can continue editing the CV later.
Generated PDF files are stored locally or in a location selected by the user.
The user controls the opening, saving, sharing, and deletion of generated PDF files.
Construct Vita does not have access to PDF files after the user saves or shares them.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Construct Vita displays advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process information such as:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available
• Information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention
Where legally required, the app may display a Google consent form that allows users to manage advertising and privacy choices.
Advertising information is handled by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

4. Internet Connection
Construct Vita requires a valid internet connection to operate and to request advertisements.
The CV creation and PDF generation processes are performed locally on the device and do not require CV content to be sent to a Construct Vita server.
5. Data Sharing
Construct Vita does not sell, rent, or share the content entered into a CV.
CV information is not provided to advertisers.
Information collected automatically by Google Mobile Ads may be processed or shared by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
CV drafts remain stored locally until the user:
• Deletes or edits the information
• Clears the application’s data through Android settings
• Uninstalls the application
Generated PDF files remain on the device or selected storage location until the user deletes them.
Construct Vita does not maintain a remote account or server database containing the user’s CV information.
Information collected by Google services is retained and deleted according to Google’s own policies and user privacy settings.
7. Security
Construct Vita uses reasonable measures to protect locally stored information and does not intentionally transmit CV content to external servers.
Third-party advertising data is transmitted using the security protections provided by Google’s services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
Construct Vita is not designed specifically for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect CV information from children through a Construct Vita server because the application does not operate a user-account or remote CV-storage service.
9. External Applications and Links
Generated PDF files may contain links such as email or LinkedIn links.
Opening these links may involve third-party applications, browsers, websites, or PDF readers. Their behavior and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, advertising services, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
