This Privacy Policy describes how CashFlowX ("the App", "we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. CashFlowX is designed as a 100% offline application, and this policy explains exactly what that means for you.
Information We Collect
CashFlowX does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information with us or any third party. Specifically:
We do not require account creation, login, or any form of authentication.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.
We do not use analytics, tracking tools, or advertising SDKs.
We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other device permissions beyond what is strictly necessary for the app to function.
We do not use Firebase, cloud storage, or any backend server.
How Your Data Is Stored
All data you enter into CashFlowX, including transactions, categories, favorites, and settings, is stored locally on your device using Hive, a local database. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted over the internet, because the app makes no network requests whatsoever.
Data Control and Deletion
Since all data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it at all times:
You can delete individual transactions at any time within the app.
You can clear all app data from within the Settings screen.
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all associated data from your device.
We have no access to your data and therefore cannot recover, view, or restore it on your behalf.
Third-Party Services
CashFlowX does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. No data is shared with any third party because no data leaves your device.
Children's Privacy
CashFlowX does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, since the app collects no information at all.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
