Chris is an excellent trainer and highly recommended. With his guidance, I committed myself to getting off the couch and changing my sedentary lifestyle. He presents a fitness and nutrition program that is within reach of an exercise newbie — which is important, especially considering my previous inclination to bail out of most exercise regimens after a week or two. Chris has an encouraging hand during his training sessions but, as well, he has a style which promotes accountability to the training. So far, I’m down 25 pounds in about two months.
Chris is excellent at what he does. I have the community gym in my area and he came to that gym looked at all the equipment then went back to his office and gave me the exercise that I needed for each machine. That way I could use the gym when I needed to exercise. He is an excellent trainer and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to firm up their body.
Chris is tough but really cares! My workout with Chris have helped me with my body goals accomplished and he even helped me with the nutrition aspect which is a big part of it. Whenever I do my routine with Chris I can’t even sit down the next day without being sore so IT WORKS! I wouldn’t push myself like that on my own. Highly recommended trainer!
Chris, Consistent Fitness, is the perfect person for the job as your trainer. His skills and experience allow him to really customize one's fitness goals to meet your needs, lifestyle and capabilities. At the same time he challenges your to meet those goals and exceed your own expectations without yelling and screaming and putting to much pressure on you. He provides great positive reinforcement
Chris is awesome! He has a variety of exercises so each class is interesting and different and he is very encouraging. My schedule changes on occasion and he is flexible, accommodating when I need to meet at different times. He has really helped me get off the couch and get into the world!
I have been working with Chris for a couple months now and I feel great! He comes to my home in Adams Morgan with all the equipment needed to give me a great workout. His workouts are challenging, but not overbearing. I have already started to see results in my overall health and well being. Chris has been working with me for the last 3 months on my exercising program for me now that I'm 65. He's come up with toning my muscles and stretching so that it's easier to move and walk at this point. He also has me on a low carb no sweet diet to try to get my weight down which he is succeeding to do for me. He's an absolute pleasure to have working with me on my quest.

I can't recommend Chris enough. About a year ago I wanted to jump-start my workout routine. I've never liked weights, but Chris came up with a circuit training program to fit my needs. Not only have I seen results, but I now enjoy workouts.
