Event Schedule
1:30 PM - Arrival and Check-in at the Old Rothney Farm
Guests arrive at the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area, check-in, and receive a schedule and map of the area.
Light refreshments available.
2:00 PM - Interpretive Ride on Horseback
Interpretive Ride on Horseback: Guided by Reg Rempel, participants will embark on an educational horseback ride exploring the conservation area. Reg will share insights about the local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts.
5:00 PM - Cocktail Mixer
A cocktail mixer will be held, providing an opportunity for guests to socialize and discuss the day’s experiences. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
5:30 PM - Dinner
A catered dinner featuring local cuisine will be served. Guests will dine together, enjoying a variety of dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
7:30 PM - Elk Bugling Tour
For those interested, after dinner, there will be a chance to wander to a designated area where the elk are known to bugle. This will be a unique opportunity to witness this natural phenomenon and learn more about elk behavior.
