Our Vision is to champion dads to overcome obstacles daily strategically to be actively engaged in their child's life.

Our Mission is to partner with area barbershops to strengthen families. We champion dads to be engaged in their child's life. We understand that bringing your sons to barbershop is a rich tradition that shapes everyone who is involved. We believe this simple act serves as a positive bonding experience between dad and son, but also the community at-large.

Barbers have always served as one of the key pillars in the community. We still believe that "it takes a whole village to raise a child". So, we seek to restore the vitality of the village to train up skilled young men, and women for community leadership.
