All scanning and analysis are performed locally on your device. The app compares SHA-256 cryptographic hashes of installed applications against a locally stored database of known malicious app signatures. No app data, scan results, or user information are transmitted to any servers or third parties.

2. Offline Operation

CyberTools Malware Scanner is designed to operate entirely offline for its core scanning functionality. An internet connection is not required to scan applications or detect known threats.

3. Permissions Used

CyberTools Malware Scanner may request the following permissions solely to provide its functionality:

• Query installed applications — Required to analyze installed apps for known malicious signatures.
  
  

• Open app settings — Allows users to quickly access system settings to review or uninstall flagged applications.
  
  

These permissions are not used to track users, collect data, or monitor behavior.

4. Third-Party Services

CyberTools Malware Scanner does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking services, or external SDKs.

5. Children’s Privacy

CyberTools Malware Scanner is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any users, including children.

6. Data Security

Because no user data is collected, stored, or transmitted, there is no user data retained by CyberTools Malware Scanner that could be compromised.
