What is a Streak?
A Streak is the number of days in a row you complete at least one Focus session. It doesn’t matter how many sessions you do in a day—just completing one Focus session is enough to keep your Streak going!

When does a Streak reset to 0?
When you go a day without any completed Focus session, your Streak resets to 0.

How do I level up?
You level up by achieving the Streak number required for the level.

Blocker is currently only available for iOS. Android is coming soon!

How does it work?
Blocker uses Apple's official Screentime API to perform blocking functions. It currently blocks:

• Apps

• Websites (domain)

Passcode Lock (How to Turn On)
You can lock the Blocker with a passcode via iOS settings. This is an extreme step. If needed, ask a friend to set and keep your passcode. Contact them later if you need it for accountability.

To lock Blocker settings
Settings > Screen Time > Lock Screen Time Settings

To disable deleting apps
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > Don't Allow

To disable installing new apps
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps > Don't Allow

Passcode Lock (How to Turn Off)
After turning on Passcode Lock via iOS setting, you won't be able to make any changes to Conquer app without first disabling Passcode Lock.

To disable Passcode Lock
Settings > Screen Time > Change Screen Time Passcde > Turn Off Screen Time Passcode

• Use automated tools to interact with the Services.
