ABOUT CONNOR

Connor Mcloughlin comes from a working-class background where he found a love for creating beautiful visuals. His work as a cinematographer showcases his ability to craft striking compositions and use cinematography to enhance storytelling, often drawing on naturalistic styles and emotionally driven imagery. He brings a strong attention to detail, an excellent ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

As a camera trainee, he has supported camera departments for RTS-nominated short films and an Oscar-winning production company, working across narrative, documentary, and commercial projects. Through this, Connor has gained valuable hands-on experience with a range of camera systems like ARRI and Sony, including loading 35mm and 16mm film stock, and has developed a strong understanding of on-set etiquette and camera team workflow.
