Throughout your successful completion of our program which will be full term pregnancy and including 60 days post-partum we offer incentives that will include a gift of either a Car Seat or Pampers with Wipes to along with many, many resources to accommodate mommy and baby!

Water can be a great form of pain relief also Swimming can help the neurological system of your unborn baby.
